SPECIAL PROVISION RELATING TO CERTAIN PERSON OTHER THAN A COMPANY

 

115JE. Application of other provisions of this Act.

Save as otherwise provided in this Chapter, all other provisions of this Act shall apply to a person referred to in this Chapter.
