As announced in the Reserve Bank’s Press Release: 2024-2025/2464 dated March 26, 2025, the next meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) during the financial year 2025-26 was scheduled during August 5 – 7, 2025.

Due to administrative exigencies, the MPC meeting has been rescheduled to August 4 – 6, 2025. This announcement is made under Section 45ZI(4) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
