In pursuance of the announcement made in the Statement on Developmental and Regulatory Policies today, the Reserve Bank has released the draft Directions on the following subjects:
- Reserve Bank of India (Securitisation of Stressed Assets) Directions, 2025
- Reserve Bank of India (Co-Lending Arrangements) Directions, 2025
- Reserve Bank of India (Lending Against Gold Collateral) Directions, 2025
- Reserve Bank of India (Non-Fund Based Credit Facilities) Directions, 2025
The comments on the draft Directions are invited from public/stakeholders till May 12, 2025. Comments/feedback may be submitted through the respective links under the ‘Connect 2 Regulate’ Section available on the RBI’s website or may alternatively be forwarded to: The Chief General Manager
