The Reserve Bank has announced OMO purchase of Government securities for an aggregate amount of Rs.20,000 crore on February 13, 2025 vide Press Release 2024-2025/2106 dated February 07, 2025.

2. On a review of current and evolving liquidity conditions, the aggregate amount of OMO purchase has now been revised to Rs.40,000 crore.

3. The terms and conditions of the auction along with the various Government securities to be purchased remain the same as announced in the aforementioned Press Release.
