(E).- In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.3/2019- Union Territory Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th March, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 262 (E), dated the 29^th March, 2019, -

a. at page 165,

in line 8, in column (5) of the table, for “tax” read “Union territory tax”; and in line 11, in column (5) of the table, for “eighteen” read “nine”.

b. at page 181, in line 9, for “18” read “ 18(9 + 9)”.
